This Cookie Policy explains how Martinsound, Inc. ("Martinsound," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Martinsound Film Spaces booking platform ("Service"). 3. Why These Cookies Are Used
The sessionid and csrftoken cookies are strictly necessary for the secure operation of the booking portal. Without them, core functionality — including staff login, booking management, and form submission — cannot work. Under applicable law, strictly necessary cookies do not require your prior consent.
4. Third-Party Cookies
We do not use any third-party cookies, analytics services, advertising networks, social media pixels, or tracking tools. Google Fonts are loaded from Google's CDN, which may set its own cookies subject to Google's privacy policy; we have no control over those cookies.
5. Legal Basis for Cookie Use
EU / EEA (GDPR): Our cookies are strictly necessary for the legitimate purpose of providing a secure, functional service. Under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Recital 47, no prior consent is required for strictly necessary cookies. We comply with the ePrivacy Directive (Cookie Law) exemption for technically necessary cookies.
California (CCPA / CPRA): The cookies we use do not involve the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as defined under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information.
